Wyatt Henderson
Managing Partner
Wyatt is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Wyatt oversees the operations of this full-service public accounting firm. He is an expert in financial analysis, forensic accounting, tax planning and preparation, business consulting, litigation support, asset division, and management advisory services. Wyatt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and South Carolina Tax Council. Wyatt takes part in continuing education in excess of 60 hours per year. Wyatt is responsible for overseeing client services for all business and individual clients, and supervises a staff of directors, senior accountants, bookkeepers, auditors, and support staff.
Wendy Henderson Rothermel
Director
Wendy has over 25 years of experience in public accounting. Before starting Henderson Accounting with her brother Wyatt in November 2000, she was a Senior Accountant with a large accounting firm in Charleston, SC. WendyÂ’s area of specialty includes a variety of clients
ranging from construction to healthcare. She is responsible for all payroll related issues for all clients. She specializes in individual, partnership, and corporate income tax returns. Wendy works closely with clients to reduce taxes and take full advantage of credits, deductions, and accounting methods. She performs and supervises corporate, partnership, and individual
income tax consulting and compliance work. Wendy is a member of the AICPA. She is a 1992 graduate from the College of Charleston with a BS in Accounting and a BS in Business Administration. Wendy lives in the upstate with her husband Kevin and her two sons, Chase and Cade.
Lisa Brewton
Accountant and Payroll Specialist
Lisa Brewton is a full charge Accountant and Payroll Specialist. Lisa began working with Henderson Accounting in 2006 whereby she has built strong business relationships with a number of clients who count on her for payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other day-to-day financial operations. LisaÂ’s previous experience includes more than 4 years of bookkeeping in the construction industry. Lisa lives in Greer with her husband and daughter, Abby.
Donna Wood
Accountant and Payroll Specialist
Donna Wood is a Full Charge Accountant specializing in payroll, monthly write up work, and individual and corporate tax returns. Donna is a 1995 Graduate of USC Spartanburg with a BA in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Prior to Joining Henderson Accounting in 2006 she
worked for six years in purchasing and general accounting before starting a family. Donna has two sons, Parker age 19 and Dylan age 16 and husband Eric.
Stacy Greene
Tax Resolution Specialist and Litigation Support Coordinator
Stacy H. Greene is a Certified Paralegal with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Stacy has over fifteen years of legal experience with the last fourteen years specializing in litigation support.
Stacy specializes in preparation and analysis of documents; client interviews; investigations; research; trial preparation and court appearances, with over 8 years of tax resolution experience. Stacy provides
professional and confident support for our clients and is the lead client representative that handles all new tax clients and tax resolution cases.
Stephanie Woodard
Office Manager and Client Service Coordinator
Stephanie Woodard is the Administrative Assistant and her primary responsibility is client services. Stephanie has been with Henderson Accounting since 2019 and if you have called our office recently, youÂ’ve probably spoken with Stephanie. Stephanie maintains efficient, smooth flow of documents through the office. As the "face of the firm", Stephanie understands client service, safeguarding client assets and she is always there with a reassuring smile.
Debbie Henderson
Senior Tax Preparer
Debbie B. Henderson is a retired nurse with a MS in Nursing. After retiring Debbie joined the firm as Lead Tax Preparer. She has been preparing tax returns at Henderson Accounting since 2001. Known as "Ms.
Debbie" to most of her clients, she takes great pride in helping people navigate the sometimes difficult task of tax preparation and understanding the IRS. She is a grandmother and the mother of Wyatt and Wendy.
